Prisma P3021: Foreign keys cannot be created on this database (PlanetScale)
Prisma P3021 on PlanetScale: the database has foreign key constraints off. Set relationMode = "prisma" and add indexes, or enable foreign keys in settings.
Prisma P3022: Direct execution of DDL SQL statements is disabled on this database
Prisma P3022 on PlanetScale: DDL sent straight to a branch with safe migrations on is rejected. Push to a dev branch, then deploy a deploy request.
TypeError: fetch failed
The PlanetScale serverless driver throws "fetch failed ... ENOTFOUND undefined" when DATABASE_URL is empty at runtime. Add it in Vercel and redeploy.
