Auth0 error messages, A to Z

Callback URL mismatch
Auth0 rejects a redirect_uri that is not an exact entry in Allowed Callback URLs. In nextjs-auth0 v4 it comes from APP_BASE_URL or the request host.
Not all required options were provided
nextjs-auth0 v4 logs this when AUTH0_DOMAIN, AUTH0_CLIENT_ID, AUTH0_SECRET or a client secret is missing. Set them in Vercel per environment and redeploy.
The state parameter is invalid.
nextjs-auth0 v4 returns 500 "The state parameter is invalid." when no __txn_ cookie matches the callback. Use one origin and one secret.
